This 3-day Ramayana tour is designed for travellers who want to experience Sri Lanka’s most sacred and famous Ramayana-linked sites, combining spirituality, hill country scenery, and comfortable private travel.
Itinerary
On arrival at Katunayake International Airport / Colombo, you will be welcomed by our representative and begin your spiritual journey.
Your first sacred visit is Munneswaram Temple in Chilaw — one of the most important Ramayana-related temples in Sri Lanka, visited for blessings and rituals.
After temple visit, continue your drive to the hill capital Kandy, surrounded by green mountains and calm city atmosphere. Check-in and relax.
After breakfast, you start the most scenic part of the Ramayana trail — Sri Lanka’s hill country.
Travel through misty mountains and tea plantations to visit the sacred Shri Bhakta Hanuman Temple, Ramboda, an important site connected with Lord Hanuman.
Afterwards, enjoy the beauty of Ramboda Falls, one of the most stunning waterfalls in the hill country.
Continue to Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka’s cool climate town also known as “Little England”. Check-in and relax.
Today you visit Sri Lanka’s most famous Ramayana location — Seetha Amman Temple in Seetha Eliya, believed to be connected to the place where Sita Devi was kept in Lanka.
Spend time for prayers and rituals, then continue to Divurumpola Temple, believed to be the place of Sita Devi’s Agni Pariksha.
After completing the sacred visits, you travel back for drop-off at Colombo / Katunayake Airport.
